Here's what I've been up to these past two-three days... re-organizing and decorating my room!
I've always felt that my room needs characterizing, since it's so hollow and all this time it's always been just a room where you lazy around and do nothing. I want our (my sister and I's) room to say something about us too, so when our friends come by, they'll learn new things about us.
It turns out that there are lots of pretty
These DVDs are the DVDs that went missing from their houses. Most of them had too much fun being watched that they forget to went back home, and some even mistook another's home for being their home because of the joy of being watched. I did my best to escort each and every one of them to their rightful homes, but some are still missing theirs. I hope you - the one reading this - will help me by being on the lookout!
I hang whatever can be hung on the mirror. About the colorful knotted stuff, they're loose hairbands that aren't usable already, and I assume that everything can be a decorative statement, so, there it is.
Me, my mom, and my sister bought the dragonflies at a shop in Bali. Well... it's cute and it's got a plus in artsy points so, why not???
I think that green (slightly creepy) doll belongs to my cousin Nadia, but it never got redeemed, so I decided to hang it. It has a watch behind its head, but it doesn't work anymore.
Found this bunny in my sister's pile. I don't really know where it came from, but I kind of like it.
The Tintin postcards are promotional bonuses from the original DVD, and the pictures on the top right are results from my sister's photography activities at school. The pic of my sister, me, and my mom are when we visited our great grandma's house in Krikilan.
I got this ribbon from Khataman Qur'an, an event where Muslims celebrate their finishing of reciting the Qur'an. My friends and I got uniforms for the event, and there, this ribbon is tied on our heads.
I guess that's it. Here, I want to wish everybody a great holiday where we can recharge and make ourselves ready for the new school year.
